A. Each group collects a list of the members who will be attending and sends that list to me JerryClarke@theswcc.org I will then collect and organize the list and send it to Symantec. They will then start the process of making the security passes / badges.
Q. When do I have to have my list of names in by?
A. August 10, 2008 is the dead line. However I have already started receiving names.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Symantec has a parking lot directly across from the building and guests are welcome to park there - for free.
Security says there's a slight chance that this will change by Sept. They are supposed to get a new parking gate (so you'll have to get a ticket to enter the garage). But in that case, They will validate parking for all user group attendees.
